Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared to ensure they meet our quality standards before shipping.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise specified (e.g., made-to-order items).

 

Shipping Timeframes

Ready-to-Ship Items
Shipped immediately upon processing and delivered within 2–5 business days (domestic orders).

Made-to-Order Items
Allow 14–21 days for production and an additional 2–5 business days for delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

If the order is pre-order/made-to-order, production begins once the order is placed and can take up to 2-3 months for fulfillment.
This will always be clearly stated in the product description.

Please Note

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays

  • During high-demand periods (like drops), processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll keep you updated

 

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent via email or SMS once your order ships

  • Monitor delivery status using the tracking link provided

  • You can also track your order anytime through the “Track Your Order” section on our website

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee
